Start Sailing 1 Course Information.

Times are as follows:

Sunday 9:30 am to 4:00 pm

We supply all equipment including: boats, life jackets, "Start Sailing Right" book, and light lunch.

All courses are conducted by qualified Australian Sailing Instructors.

You must attend all sessions in-order to complete the course.

We will offer a catch up session on a needs basis, i.e. if there is too much wind and we can not go sailing.

Courses are $180 (GST Exclusive) per person and are open to people aged 16 and over.

Course registration process is done online. Payment can be made via EFT or at the club bar with credit card on the day.

Introductory learn to sail lesson are being conducted during the Summer from November to March. 

The Henley Sailing Club is a registered Discover Sailing Centre, we are offering level 1 training "Start Sailing 1 & 2" and Saturday morning social sailing.

This course is designed to provide a safe and enjoyable introduction to dinghy sailing for complete beginners. The course includes an introduction to fundamental boat handling skills and essential safety knowledge. 

Once you have completed a course you are welcome to join us for our Saturday morning casual sailing sessions.
